I have a 2016 v60 and both 12v sockets are not working. I believe its from the previous owner spilling coffee on the center console which required me to replace the shifter. I have tried the fuse under the glove compartment and it did not solve the issue. It's a bit of a pig but the top and back come off as one, but if you've got audio 3.5mm socket in storage compartment pop that out and there's enough on the cable to unclip old usb socket and replace with new one. I've tried getting mine to work, but I've not succeeded yet!! .
